Cheese has been a staple of humanity's diet for 6.000 years. It is told that a shepherd placed fresh milk into a container made from a sheep's stomach for transportation. The rennet from the lining of the pouch, combined with motion and the heat of the sun created the first curds and whey — the miracle of Cheese!

Ever since, we have enjoyed this tasty and nutritious food, and have constantly looked for ways to improve the experience.
